Damaged Items / Incorrect Order
We take great care in packaging your pieces to reach you safely and accurately. If an item arrives to you damaged, or if it's incorrect, please notify us via email at contact@papaiyo.com within 5 days of receiving your items. We will remedy this asap.

Exchanges for a Different Size
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your items if you would like to make an exchange for a different size.

Returns and Exchanges are Not Allowed for Made to Measure Pieces
Please note that made to measure pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
