Since most of our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns, except for in the following scenarios:

Damaged Items / Incorrect Order
We take great care in packaging your pieces to reach you safely and accurately. If an item arrives to you damaged, or if it's incorrect, please notify us via email at contact@papaiyo.com within 5 business days of receiving the items. We will remedy this asap.

Exchanges for a different size
In some cases, if you purchased clothing from us and you need a different size, we may be able to exchange for a different size if the item is a stocked piece. Please note that made to measure pieces cannot be returned.
