When the garden reached its peak, Lady Hall would signal to her hive, ‘It is time.’ Without delay, the bees flitted from flower to flower in perfect formation, collecting their amber dust. In doing so, the essence of every night bloom was inscribed in the Sacred Pollen and sealed with its enduring vows: that each bloom would rise, return, and be remembered.
Such was The Grove's sacred ritual.
But not all gardens knew such freedom.
